Terms of Service

WeatherEdge, operated by Prilo Technologies LLC, is an educational web application that provides weather data, probabilistic temperature forecasting, Kalshi prediction market analysis, paper trading simulation, and AI-generated commentary (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. WeatherEdge does not execute real trades, hold funds, or provide financial advice. See our Disclaimer for the full risk disclosure.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use WeatherEdge. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

WeatherEdge offers three tiers:

• Free — Basic weather data and bracket overview. No paper trading.
• Pro ($12.99/month or $119/year) — Up to 21 paper demo trades per rolling 7-day window, full bracket probability analysis across all 5 stations.
• Max ($23.99/month or $229/year) — Unlimited paper demo trades, AI Coach daily brief, post-trade AI outcome breakdown, model-vs-market probability gap scanner, 24-hour market scenario preview.

Pricing is in USD. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prilo Technologies LLC reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service's data or algorithms at scale;
• Circumvent any access controls, quota limits, or authentication mechanisms;
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service;
• Share account credentials or circumvent per-user quotas;
• Represent AI-generated analysis as your own original research or as financial advice.

The paper trading simulation is subject to the following rules:

• Each account starts with a virtual balance of $1,000;
• Maximum trade cost is $100 per trade; maximum 1,000 contracts per trade;
• Pro accounts are limited to 21 trades per rolling 7-day window; Max accounts are unlimited;
• Trades are held to settlement — early exit is not available;
• Settlement occurs daily at approximately 03:00 UTC based on NWS CLI peak temperature reports;
• Prilo Technologies LLC may adjust simulation parameters at any time;
• Virtual balances and P&L have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.

The WeatherEdge platform, including its forecasting models, UI, and AI analysis infrastructure, is the intellectual property of Prilo Technologies LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Weather data, market data, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prilo Technologies LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from real prediction market trading. Prilo Technologies LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
