Forecasting models are probabilistic and inherently uncertain. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy. AI-generated analysis is experimental and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prilo Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any trading or investment decisions made in reliance on information provided by the Service;
• Any financial loss, lost profits, or other damages resulting from trading activities;
• Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in any data, forecast, or analysis;
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures.

This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether Prilo Technologies LLC was advised of the possibility of such damages.

WeatherEdge offers a paper trading simulation feature that allows users to practice placing virtual trades against real Kalshi market prices. Paper trading is strictly a simulation:

• No real money is used or at risk;
• Virtual balances and P&L are for educational and entertainment purposes only;
• Past simulation performance does not predict real-world trading outcomes;
• Entry prices are locked at the time of simulated trade placement and may differ from prices available when you choose to trade on Kalshi;
• Settlement is based on NWS Climate Data Online (CLI) peak temperature reports, which may differ from Kalshi's official settlement source.

Paper trading results should not be used to infer profitability of real prediction market trading. WeatherEdge is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or prediction market operator.

WeatherEdge uses AI models — including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude — to generate daily coach briefs, bracket scenario analyses, and post-trade coaching. AI-generated content:

• Is not a recommendation to trade;
• May be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased;
• Does not reflect real-time market conditions at the moment of your trade;
• Is generated from snapshot data that may be minutes or hours old;
• Should be considered one of many data points, not a definitive signal.

Weather forecast data is sourced from the National Weather Service (NWS) and NOAA. Settlement actuals are sourced from NWS Climate Data Online (CLI) reports. These agencies are not affiliated with or endorsing WeatherEdge.

Kalshi brackets and related analysis reflect probabilistic model outputs compared to Kalshi market mid-prices at a point in time. This information:
